1) How long has Johnny B’s been in business?
We are one of the oldest, most requested entertainment companies in the United States. Johnny B’s Entertainment has been a full-time business since 1982.

2) Are all Entertainment companies pretty much the same?
Many companies advertise and promise consumers a professional entertainer, but only a few companies throughout the United States consistently deliver. Any company can place an ad and say anything they want about themselves, but Johnny B’s has a long history in the community and is highly recommended by many hotels, resorts, and other agencies. We also have created many of the programs that our now used by our competition. In fact several of our entertainers have gone on and opened up competitive companies.

3) Should I care if my Enterainment company is full time or part time?
Not if you don’t mind talking to answering machines during regular business hours. Part time companies can have excellent entertainers, but typically customer service suffers because they have to work a full time job during the day. At Johnny B’s we are a full time company. We are open Monday-Friday 8:30 to 5pm to answer any and all questions that you have.

4) What is a reasonable amount to pay for an entertainer?
If you are looking to save money you may also have to compromise quality. I wouldn’t recommend doing this for any of your events. Please call and talk to Melissa for a price quote, we offer very affordable rates!

5) Will I be able to select my music?
Absolutely, Johnny B’s Entertainment has music to fit everyone’s needs from the 1920’s all the way to current day. If there is music that we do not have we will make every attempt to find it for you. If there are some songs that have special meaning, of course you can bring them to the event and we will, of course, get them on for you. You may have individual song lists or you can choose from Johnny B’s extensive library of music.

6) Is it necessary to see an Entertainer performing at an event similar to mine?
There is no problem with that, and if you would like to, just let us know, although you should not have to. All of our entertainers are trained, and they are a reflection of the company. It is hard to judge an entertainers ability in 15 or 20 minutes. At Johnny B’s we would never hire an entertainer who would embarrass you or make your event less than a memorable one.

7) Will Johnny B’s guarantee a certain entertainer for my event?
If you have seen or heard of a certain entertainer that you would like to request, we will send him or her to your event. You will always get a professional entertainer who will exceed all of your expectations.

8) Will I hear from my Entertainer?
Of course. We go over all the events on Mondays, then each entertainer is required to contact you within 72 hours of your event, to make sure you feel comfortable, and go over any last minute details that have come up.

9) What happens if I want to keep my entertainer longer than the scheduled time?
No problem. You can keep him as long as you want! Each additional 1/2 hour runs only $65.00. That is a reward to our entertainer, this means they are doing a great job. It is very common that an entertainer is kept past his time.

10) What if there is a problem the day of my event?
You will then be very thankful that you have went with a reputable company such as Johnny B’s. Some companies do not have back up Entertainers or back up equipment. We have both, we have an emergency cell phone number that is always on, so any problems that may arise get solved very quickly. We can get back up entertainers and equipment to you in most cases within a 1/2 hour.
